AMERICAN FIRST EVENTS CENTER
The 5,300 seat America First Event Center is home to Thunderbird Men's and Women's Basketball, Volleyball, and Gymnastics. Located in the heart of SUU's campus, the America First Event Center provides Thunderbird Athletics with a unique home court advantage and one of the best arenas in the Big Sky Conference. The arena features two large videoboards, a prominent student section, and a grand concourse which leads directly to the Sharwan Smith Student Center.
GEORGE S. ECCLES SPORTS PERFORMANCE CENTER
Completed in the spring of 2018, the George S. Eccles Sports Performance Center is the new home of SUU Athletics' sports performance operations. The facility features over 8,000 square feet of functional sports performance space including all new weight training equipment, dedicated areas for agility and cardiovascular training, and a full nutrition station where Thunderbird student-athletes can replenish and recharge their bodies with the proper nutrients both following workouts and throughout the day.
