ALUMNI

Dating back to 1897, SUU has over 52,000 alumni across the globe. The Intermountain West Region is home to Southern Utah University’s largest alumni population with over 39,000 alumni residing in the state of Utah and thousands more in the region. From professional athletes to politicians, C-Level executives to world-renown journalists, SUU's alumni are part of vast and impressive network.

In 2016-2017, SUU introduced its largest freshmen class in school history which represented a 12% growth. Total student enrollment grew another 5% in 2016 to a grand total of over 9,500. Looking forward, SUU plans to continue to actively increase its total student enrollment to 15,000 in the upcoming years.
